  • Wheel Hub Dynamometer System

    JKT's Wheel Hub Dynamometer System (WHD) is developed for automotive autonomous driving testing, and can also be applied to high and low temperature environments as well as sunlight simulation testing. WHD adopts a brand-new design concept. It consisting of two/four integrated wheel hub Dyno which rotates the hub relative to the rim when the wheel is in a standing position.
    In contrast to chassis dyno or shaft coupling test bench, this wheel hub dyno does not need complex infrastructure. By using distributed turntable, different steering angles can be set, which also allows speed-dependent steering counter forces to be taken into account

  • Free-Standing Chassis Dynamometer for EMC Test
    Brief:
     
    • Each dynamometer unit is independent and controlled by four-quadrant inverter.
    • The dynamometer system can drive and brake each wheel independently, enabling high-precision reproduction of single-wheel dynamics, ABS control, traction control, and all-wheel drive operating conditions.
    • Vehicle testing can be performed in anechoic chambers or reverberation chambers.
    • The wheelbase is adjustable to suit testing requirements for different vehicles.
    • It can be equipped with supporting devices such as automatic driving robots, exhaust systems, and vehicle wind-facing systems.
