JKT provides different kinds of test benches, including aerospace starter-generator performance test benches, aerospace generator test benches, aerospace starter-generator altitude climate simulation test benches, high-speed drive shaft test benches, high speed transmission test benches, bearing test benches, and power-level hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) test benches. Customized solutions can be developed in accordance with customer requirements.

The aerospace starter-generator altitude climate simulation test bench simulates high-altitude environments to test the performance and reliability of starter-generators. A dynamometer outside the altitude chamber drives the unit inside via a high-speed sealed shaft. Air or oil cooling systems are available for internal lubrication and cooling. The air-cooling system circulates air inside the chamber with controllable temperature to test thermal load characteristics under simulated high-altitude conditions.
