EMC Steering Robot

During actual vehicle operation, motors, electronic controls, on-board electronic devices and other components create a complex electromagnetic environment, which is highly likely to cause electromagnetic interference to the steering system. Insufficient immunity of the steering system may result in steering jitter, loss of power assistance, or even loss of control, leading to fatal accidents especially under autonomous driving scenarios.

Conducting electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) immunity tests on the steering system verifies its stability in strong electromagnetic environments in advance, accurately identifies weak points in anti-interference performance, and eliminates potential safety hazards caused by electromagnetic interference at the source. This provides critical support for the safe operation of electrified and intelligent vehicles and the reliable implementation of autonomous driving functions.
