Driving range has become a core development objective for New Energy Vehicles (NEVs). To optimize range, engineers require a detailed understanding of energy consumption across individual components. Intelligent thermal management plays a pivotal role in extending driving range.
Furthermore, modern powertrain test systems must support a wide array of scenarios—from performance testing and strategy validation to special road condition simulation, failure mode analysis, and electrical accessory evaluation.
The JKT Powertrain Test System features high-dynamic dynamometers directly coupled to the vehicle wheel hubs to simulate road loads. JKT provides dynamometer systems capable of simulating extreme temperature environments and solar radiation, enabling comprehensive testing of the complete vehicle.
